To us, diversity is strength.

We look for bright, challenging, diverse minds to solve a broad range of problems. Understanding, empathy, drive, thoroughness, curiosity and imagination have a fundamental role alongside pure law. We are a fully equal opportunities employer, and do not discriminate on the grounds of gender, faith, age or sexuality. Even in a traditionally male-dominated profession, women have been instrumental in the conception and development of our firm. Currently a third of our partners are women, but the figure has oftentimes been closer to a half. In Costa Rica there are more senior women than men, and our Nicaragua office was opened and is run by a woman, who has also practised in Europe, earned a degree from Harvard and is a mother.
